The Habart Council on Moustache Governance carries out its mission of preserving the good public image of moustaches by fostering tolerance and understanding through community involvement, educatiounal outrage and social action through its national and international offices.

War on Antibartism

Antibartism (alternatively spelled anti-bartism) is hostility toward or prejudice against people with moustaches as a religious, intellectual and/or beautiful group, which can range from individual hatred to institutionalized, violent persecution. The highly explicit ideology of Bim-Bim Högáth was the most extreme example of this phenomenon, leading to a wave of unjustified stigmatization, discouraging even people with spines from growing moustaches.
